Premium digital address leases are offered on a 1-year contract basis. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept payments through Stripe. Pricing varies by county tier and will be provided upon inquiry.
Late payments may result in suspension of your premium digital address. 1stFlorida.com reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Each subdomain is exclusive to one lessee per category per county. You may not sublease, transfer, or share your subdomain without written consent. Content displayed on your subdomain must comply with all applicable laws and our content guidelines.
The following content is strictly prohibited on all subdomains:
You may cancel your agreement at any time by providing written notice through your member dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation does not terminate financial obligations immediately. Upon cancellation, the agreement remains in effect for an additional two (2) billing periods, which serve as an early termination fee consistent with standard commercial lease practices.
Access to the premium digital address will continue through the end of the final paid period. After completion of the two-month termination period, the address will enter a 30-day release window before becoming available to other lessees. No refunds or prorated credits are provided.
